Capture through MediaProjection below Android 12
Android 11 has AccessibilityService.takeScreenshot() as well, but on some
of its phones an enabled service still refuses the shot with
ERROR_TAKE_SCREENSHOT_NO_ACCESSIBILITY_ACCESS. Those releases go through
MediaProjection again, as Android 10 does: one consent from the main screen
at the start, kept for the session.
Android 12+ keeps the accessibility service. With it off, the first
capture asks for a projection through ProjectionPermissionActivity, the
service takes the projection type, and a session that has one carries it
whether or not the service connects later; an accessibility capture that
still fails falls back to the projection once.
