Cloned OBS Closed Captioning Plugin 0.34

This is a clone of the original plugin (commit: ratwithacompiler@109e028).

Its internal name has been name changed, so you can have both plugins running at the same time, allowing to capture captions with two different input sources.

This is merely a hack until multiple sources get supported on the original plugin.
