Agent-reviewed recommendation update.
- Changes the workflow to Agent intent construction → candidate retrieval → visual review → data compatibility review → materialization.
- Adds figure_library_preview with standard MCP image content and an optional local path for Wisp view_image inspection.
- Treats retrieval scores only as candidate ordering; the Agent now reports a separate 10-point visual pass/reject verdict.
- Fixes the supplied Wisp volcano regression: both captured searches now rank FigureYa59volcanoV2 first instead of unrelated heatmap/survival candidates.
- Uses one comparable retrieval score across FigureYa and user libraries, with stop words, boundary-safe terms, family intent, and explicit specialized-variant handling.
- Preserves the terminal STOP policy on any materialization failure.
