ThermalPrint 1.1.0

First release with the self-contained app and built-in auto-update.

• ThermalPrint.app is now fully self-contained (Python + all dependencies inside) — download, unzip, drag to /Applications.
• First launch: right-click the app and choose Open (the app is ad-hoc signed).
• Auto-update: the app checks GitHub Releases once a day and offers new versions; you can also use ThermalPrint → Check for Updates….
• New menu bar with About, Help, and standard shortcuts (⌘O open, ⌘P print, ⌘Q quit).
• Apple silicon (arm64) build.
