Source-of-truth rule

When this Wiki and a repository document disagree, follow the document from the same Git revision as the code or device build being diagnosed. Then update the Wiki to record the durable lesson, not a copied build command.

The device control API is intentionally unauthenticated. Keep Stack-chan, the watcher, the optional TTS service, and the phone on a trusted LAN; never expose their HTTP ports to the public internet.
