by_gop_normal.tmpl:
Show plot using average bitrate of each gop with static average bitrate markline,use frame rate in bitrate calculation,large optimization enabled.

Same as by_gop_normal.tmpl, but use duration and pts in bitrate calculation ,friendly to vfr video.
