Misc bug fixes.

Also rebased on Proton-GE-10-25 instead of the latest 26 due to xaudio2_9.dll crash in ntdll.dll loader in Stellar Blade.

Need testing.

Apparently the issue happens on GE-Proton10-25 as well.. I've uploaded the latest GE/EM/Valve versions for testing.
