Remove notification change orientation on sublayout

Remove NotificationDidChangeOrientation on subview because it will not count super view before

-Resolved bug calendar move wrong when change item

When user change timezone, we need update some properties to change correctly

Fix bug when change system time

Bug occurs if you change timezone of system. Calendar calculated but it's wrong about index

Add set gregorian and timezone

• Because user changes timezone system and come back to the app. Gregorian and timezone don't still update

Add long press gesture for cell

Now, we can get long press cell and create many event for them

Add function register with nib

Implement function register fscalendar cell with nib

Swipe calendar for 2 week

At scope two weeks, we will swipe go to 2 week or back to 2 week.

Add delegate for stop page current

In last version, calendar will change when scroll change, so i add new delegate when calendar already stop
