0.3.0 Release

Changes:

• Added configuration in config/no-end-flash.json
• Added command noendflash integrated with config, by default, end flash is blocked (mini-docs in README)
• Using Mojang mappings
• Refactor blocking end flash functions (now, EndFlashState wont tick while end flash disabled)
• Now supported 26.1.x versions!
