Archify 3.0.1 as a DeepSeek Harness plugin

Skill-only bundle: isolated filesystem provider, bundled root at rank 600, no native tools / web client / install hooks.

Verified on DSH 44.0.0 / Node 24.21.0: bundle installs and hot-applies; archify doctor all green; finalize gates (validate / deliver / check / browser-check) all pass.

Install via the Harness GUI: Plugins → Add plugin → paste the absolute path of the attached .tgz. Remove any user-level ~/.dsh/skills/archify/ first (same skill name would be served by two providers).

browser-check needs a Chromium-based browser; set ARCHIFY_CHROME (e.g. Microsoft Edge) in the DSH host environment, otherwise that gate reports skipped while the others pass.
