Major localization and runtime-correction release for Japanese Pokémon Blue on Gen1Recomp.

Changes

• Fixed the Mr. Psychic TM29 event and restored the Japanese dialogue sequence.
• Fixed the Route 16 HM02 / Fly House event, including repeat dialogue and item handling.
• Fixed the Rocket Hideout B4F Lift Key post-battle dialogue.
• Fixed the Mt. Moon Magikarp salesman event.
• Fixed the Silph Co. 7F Lapras gift event.
• Fixed Safari Zone runtime dialogue issues.
• Localized TM and HM item names:
  • わざマシンxx
  • ひでんマシンxx
• Localized TM/HM activation messages.
• Localized the Pokémon move-learning sequence, including:
  • four-move limit dialogue
  • move replacement prompts
  • abandon-learning prompts
  • successful and unsuccessful learning messages
  • HM deletion restrictions
• Localized TM/HM compatibility indicators and corrected their alignment.
• Added the authentic Japanese Pokémon Blue title logo.
• Added additional runtime localization corrections and cleanup.

Installation

Extract K89_POKEMON_BLUE_JP into the Gen1Recomp mods directory and enable K89 Pokemon Blue JP from the mod menu.

This release focuses on localization fidelity and runtime corrections. Gameplay behavior is otherwise unchanged.
