Fixed Japanese dynamic text reconstruction.

  • Rebuilt all dynamic Japanese dialogue directly from the audited Japanese source
  • Corrected runtime item, move, Pokémon, trainer, and trade name insertion
  • Fixed escaped control sequences that caused literal characters to appear in dialogue
  • Audited all generated text overrides
