K89 Pokémon Blue JP v0.5.3

Japanese localization fixes and parity improvements:

  • Fixed the Town Map location banner so Japanese names are displayed correctly in the actual Town Map interface.
  • Fixed Town Map localization when the map is entered through Fly.
  • Added runtime-name aliases required by Gen1Recomp for:
    • MT.MOON → オツキミやま
    • SEA ROUTE 19 → １９ばんすいどう
    • SEA ROUTE 20 → ２０ばんすいどう
    • SEA ROUTE 21 → ２１ばんすいどう
    • Pokémon Tower → ポケモンタワー
    • S.S. Anne / St. Anne variants → サント·アンヌごう
    • Diglett's Cave variants → ディグダのあな
  • Corrected the slot-machine payout line to use the Japanese Blue wording:
    コインXXまい　いただき！
  • Preserves the existing Japanese Blue localization and gameplay behavior.
