K89 Pokémon Gen1 JP v0.6.0 では、これまでの Pokémon Blue 日本語化に加えて、Pokémon Red にも正式対応しました。

Gen1Recomp 上の英語版 Pokémon Red / Blue を、オリジナル日本版 Generation I のテキスト、名称、UI、タイトル画面、グラフィック表現に近づけることを目的とした日本語化MODです。

v0.6.0 の主な変更

  • Pokémon Red に正式対応
  • 日本版 Red v1.1 の Pokédex テキスト 151件に対応
  • Red 固有のゲーム内交換会話差分に対応
  • 日本版 Red のタイトル画面表現を追加
  • 日本版 Red のトレーナー／プレイヤーグラフィックを追加
  • 日本版 Red のポケモンスプライト 151体分を追加
  • Blue ではゲーム中のポケモンスプライトを変更せず、Gen1Recomp 標準の Blue スプライトをそのまま使用
  • Red 起動時のみ JP RED SPRITES オプションを追加

JP RED SPRITES

Pokémon Red を起動している場合のみ表示される設定です。

ON
日本版 Pokémon Red のオリジナルスプライトを使用します。

OFF
Gen1Recomp 標準のスプライトを使用します。

日本版 Red の独特なスプライト表現が好みでない場合は、この設定を OFF にすることで、より見慣れた Blue / international 系のスプライトに切り替えられます。

Pokémon Blue ではこの設定は表示されず、K89 はゲーム中のポケモンスプライトを置き換えません。

Pokémon Yellow は現在未対応です。

K89 Pokémon Gen1 JP v0.6.0 expands the project from a Pokémon Blue-only Japanese localization into a shared Pokémon Red / Blue Japanese localization mod for Gen1Recomp.

The goal is to recreate the original Japanese Generation I presentation as closely as possible, including Japanese text, names, UI, title presentation, version-specific dialogue, and graphics.

Main changes in v0.6.0

  • Official Pokémon Red support
  • All 151 Japanese Red v1.1 Pokédex entries
  • Red-specific in-game trade dialogue differences
  • Japanese Red title presentation
  • Japanese Red trainer and player graphics
  • Authentic Japanese Red Pokémon sprites for all 151 Pokémon
  • Pokémon Blue gameplay sprites remain untouched and continue using Gen1Recomp's standard Blue sprites
  • New Red-only JP RED SPRITES option

JP RED SPRITES

This option appears only when running Pokémon Red.

ON
Uses the original Japanese Pokémon Red sprites.

OFF
Uses Gen1Recomp's standard sprites instead.

If you prefer the more familiar Blue / international-style Pokémon artwork over the original Japanese Red sprites, simply turn this option OFF.

Pokémon Blue is unaffected by this setting and K89 does not replace its gameplay Pokémon sprites.
