• Unattended mode. Hand the work over and walk away. Before you leave, Claude asks the questions it would otherwise interrupt you with and writes them down in _tickets/handoff.md: what it may do alone, what it must never do alone, a worker budget, when to stop. Then it works down _tickets/queue.md: dispatch, accept, review, fix, next. Decisions it may not make go into _tickets/decisions.md while it carries on with other tickets. One line per closed ticket goes into _receipts/progress.md, and a report is written when it stops. If you have already left, it takes the most conservative reading instead of waiting on a question.
• Background waits wake the manager. After dispatching a build or a review, Claude starts a wait as a background task of its own tool (in Claude Code, a background Bash command). When the worker ends, the completion notice wakes Claude; nobody has to type "continue". Waits have a 60-minute cap and a liveness check, and the review script now writes its own .review.status.
• README now leads with unattended runs, with two real ones: a colleague's release day (after he left at 17:30 it ran 9 tickets through build, review, fix, release and live check by itself until 22:28) and an overnight run on the author's work project (7.4 hours, 9 tickets). It also says what stops a run, including Claude's own usage limits: on Pro, one busy morning used about 83% of a 5-hour window, and after the limit you have to tell Claude to continue.

• No AI CLI yet? A recommended starting setup. When a machine has no worker CLI, the skill now suggests the open-source pi (Pi Coding Agent) with an OpenCode Go subscription: one subscription covers DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, MiMo, GLM, Grok and more, so building and reviewing can use different vendors. Install, sign-in and headless commands are included. You still choose, you install only after saying yes, and you enter your own key. Claude also checks the provider's privacy table and steers you away from models marked as used for training.
• Parallel dispatch rules (#6 by @dodocat-sun, refined in #8): one branch and workdir per ticket, only the manager merges, Ticket: T<N> in PRs and a release lock when workers may open PRs or release, a status summary for running tickets, usage and cost per ticket when the tool reports it, an optional per-ticket budget, and a fresh session per ticket.
• Live-service tickets: finish backups and long transfers before stopping anything, put timeouts on every remote command, and confirm every service and scheduled job after restart.
• Dispatch prompt fix: the prompt now gives the absolute workdir. Some tools run commands in their own temp folder otherwise.
• Script pitfalls from real runs: check where -p takes its prompt, and brace bash variables followed by non-ASCII text.

How it was tested

On a local sandbox with pi + OpenCode Go, cursor-agent and agy: the full ticket flow, an 8-model build and review bake-off, and one SWE-bench Pro V2 hard task graded locally in Docker.

• Dispatch goes through a script. On first run Claude writes _tickets/dispatch.* and _tickets/review.* for your shell (bash or PowerShell). The script claims the ticket, signs the real tool and model, starts the worker in the ticket's workdir with absolute paths only, and runs it detached from Claude's session, writing _receipts/<ticket>.status when it ends. A session restart no longer kills the worker, and a worker can no longer wander off and pick up another project's ticket.
• More than one builder, chosen by kind of work (good for in workers.md).
• Parallel tickets: only when their files don't overlap, one branch per ticket, and workers never merge another ticket.
• Tickets that touch a live service keep downtime short, and every remote command gets a timeout.
• One fresh session per ticket, to keep pay-per-use costs down.
• Worker red lines: no scripts that walk directories and rewrite files, no opening non-text files unless the ticket names them.
• The receipt header now has a branch / commit / PR line.
• README: 8-week totals from the author (360 tickets, 340 accepted).
