• New "Fastest" auto-selection when subscription grouping is enabled
When you group subscription proxies by country flag or by name prefix, NetShift
now adds a "⚡ Fastest" entry that automatically picks the fastest node across
ALL groups (a URLTest over the per-group URLTests). It becomes the default
choice, while every individual group and the ungrouped nodes stay selectable in
the dashboard - so you can still pin a specific country/group by hand.
✅ tested on real hardware - the nested URLTest passes sing-box check and the dashboard shows "⚡ Fastest" first
