Correction to the original body: the v0.1.0 release tag already contained T1a/T7 (commit 8472bdd is an ancestor of the tag), so
check-drift --baselineworked in v0.1.0 — downstream CI was not broken. v0.1.1's new surface vs the v0.1.0 binary is T6 (export --slice-tag) and T8 (SVG render policy), plus the packaging of everything under one released tag.Diff is the mechanical version cut only: Cargo.toml 0.1.0→0.1.1, Cargo.lock sync, CHANGELOG heading.
