TPA Extension 2.1.2

Paper 26.2 release with Java inventory UI and native Floodgate forms for Essentials teleport requests.

What changed

• Added CHANGELOG.md and the MIT License.
• Included the MIT License inside the release jar at META-INF/LICENSE.
• Added the official SpigotMC resource link to the README.
• Corrected the Essentials message guide so it no longer claims unsupported ProtocolLib interception.
• No Java behavior, plugin version, command, permission or configuration-key changes were made in this documentation and distribution update.

Runtime notes

• Paper 26.2 only; Spigot server compatibility is not claimed.
• Plugin bytecode target: Java 21. Use the Java runtime required by the Paper 26.2 server.
• EssentialsX is required and must be registered as Essentials.
• Floodgate is optional and required only for native Bedrock forms.
• QuickMenu is optional; only the default configurable back-button command references quickmenu open.
• Paper API and Floodgate API remain Maven provided dependencies and are not bundled into the jar.

• Java sources compiled: 6
• Automated tests: 0 (No tests to run)
• plugin.yml: version: 2.1.2, api-version: 26.2, depend: [Essentials]
• YAML parsing passed for plugin.yml and config.yml.
• Strict UTF-8 validation passed for README, configuration, changelog and license files.
• git diff --check passed before commit.
• Java and Bedrock request flows were previously tested successfully by the maintainer on a live Paper 26.2 server.
