Built locally (eas build --local) instead of on EAS's cloud infrastructure, after the account hit its monthly EAS Build quota — see .github/workflows/build.yml history for why automatic cloud builds are currently manual-trigger-only. Same app version and code as what the automated workflow would have produced.
