Local build (eas build --local).

New since Build 19:

  • UpdateBanner is now wrapped in an error boundary — a bug in that specific UI can no longer crash the whole app on launch, only fail to show the banner. This doesn't retroactively fix any already-installed old build, but protects every build from here on against a repeat of the Build 18 crash-on-update-detected bug.
