- 功能：新增「插件市场」模块——设置 → 插件 →「搜索安装」：搜索全网 npm 上的 DSH 插件并一键安装（按相关性/安全性/流行度排序，自动过滤无关与官方冲突包）；支持按包名安装、点击选择或拖入
.tgz安装包本地安装 - 功能：已安装插件管理——「我的插件」折叠区展示已装插件，可禁用 / 启用 / 卸载（禁用仅停用加载、保留数据，卸载真正移除，均自动重启服务生效）
- 修复：安装/管理操作先返回结果再延迟重启服务，避免误报失败与界面卡顿；作用域包名（
