Fix

• Fresh install Grok / gctoac: auto-provisioned API key is now written into the live settings store and the AI client is rebound (rebindAi), so Chat goes online instead of AI_UNAUTHORIZED while the gateway card still looked green.
• Startup auto-ensure goes through gateway:ensure (same path as Settings), not a separate SettingsStore.
• Only mark key ready after /v1/models validation; more robust gk_live_… parsing and create/validate retries.
• Settings: await gateway ensure when selecting Grok (avoids race toast).
