• Program switch stays OFF after pause ends: queue item after pause/resume may lack pid field. RainMachineProgramRunSwitch.is_on now falls back to checking if any active zone belonging to the program is running (same data the zone switch uses)
• Slow coordinator update after pause: added a 5-second delayed async_request_refresh on the slow coordinator when the pause countdown expires, giving the device time to update program.active before HA polls
