Rewisp 0.23.1 — forgetting now reaches everything

A privacy fix.

When you look something up three times, Rewisp pins the answer and keeps it permanently so it can reply instantly. Until now, forgetting the moment that answer came from didn't remove the pinned answer itself, so something you asked Rewisp to forget could still be repeated back to you.

Forgetting now removes those too. Anything pinned before this update stays where it is, since Rewisp has no record of where those came from and deleting them on a guess would take away facts you rely on.

Also improved: if a database is ever opened by a version that can't decrypt it, Rewisp now explains what's happening and confirms your data is intact, rather than reporting an unhelpful error that looks like corruption.
