Software installation (disk image )

The instructions below to set-up a custom SD Card with the software

A working version of the activity detector software and operating system is available as a downloadable file. This file is a custom image file and needs to be written (copied) to SD card using a disk writing program.

Mac users

  • If you are using a mac, install Apple Pi baker V2 to clone the SD card from the disk image.(Link supplied)

  • Download the image file to your computer

  • Insert the memory card into the adapter/sd-card reader and connect it to your computer.

  • Choose the 64 gb/ 128 gb memory card after left clicking select disk.

  • Disable "Linux partition resize"

  • Click Restore – And select the downloaded disk image file

  • It should take 15-20 minutes

Windows Users

Use balena Etcher[(https://www.balena.io/etcher/)] for Windows or Linux or Raspberry Pi Imager
