A compact floating power menu for Windows 10 and 11 — no install, no admin rights, no dependencies.

What's new in v1.3
Auto Desktop shortcut on first launch — QuickOff automatically creates QuickOff.lnk on your Desktop (with the correct icon) the very first time you open it. No manual step needed.
GitHub repo & update check fixed — the in-app update badge and "View on GitHub" link now point to the correct repository.
Path resolution fix — shortcut creation now handles folder paths that contain spaces correctly.
How to install
Download QuickOff-v1.3.zip below
Extract to any folder (e.g. C:\Tools\QuickOff)
Double-click QuickOff.hta — that's it

A Desktop shortcut is created automatically on first run.

Optional setup

Run setup.bat to:

Register the amber bolt icon so it shows in File Explorer
Enable or disable autostart on Windows login
Known limitation

On Windows 11, the title bar and taskbar show mshta.exe's default icon — this is an OS-level restriction for HTA files and cannot be overridden. The Desktop shortcut and File Explorer icon display correctly.
