v1.7.0 — Add Style Manager tools, fix theme style dual structure, improve CSS variable discovery

  • Auto-populate nested settings wrapper in update_theme_style() so Bricks UI panels (Typography, Links, Conditions) display correctly
  • Add bricks_get_global_variables and bricks_update_global_variables tools for Style Manager HSL color tokens
  • Add bricks_get_custom_css tool for raw CSS content access
  • Merge CSS variables from both customCss and bricks_global_variables in get_css_variables()
  • Improve bricks_update_theme_styles tool description with dual structure docs and example payload
