Replaces XML file handling with XLS (Excel 2003 XML) for storing, previewing, and downloading Bricks form submissions. Updates all relevant logic, admin UI, and file protection to use .xls files, and adjusts code for simplified XLS reading and writing. Increments plugin version to 2.8.1.
