Two calendar fixes.

Fixes

  • All of today's meetings show in Coming up. If you had several calendars, events later in the week could push today's later meetings off the dashboard. For example, a Birthdays entry two days away could hide your 2pm. Today's meetings now always come first. (#717, #719)
  • The "Waiting for calendar access" banner no longer sticks around after access is granted when you close and reopen the main window. (#711) Thanks to @thunter009, who tracked this down.

Thanks also to @willoneal for a calendar report precise enough to reproduce without access to their calendars.
