Following the contributing guide, this adds a plain text writeup to adrs/ rather than code.
I attempted a first local deployment on the docker target with CLI 0.1.4 and wrote up where a non engineer evaluator gets stuck, plus what already works well. The short version, init is excellent, but the init checklist omits the sandbox publish step, a local docker deploy still requires a Fly token, PUBLIC_API_URL gives no hint of its expected local value, and check reports passed while required secrets are empty.
