QM 0.1.11 is a stability release, mostly fixes.

• Retries after a failed turn now back off instead of hammering, and sessions keep their titles when the model errors.
• Web fixes: drag targets stay put during streaming redraws, transcripts measure correctly after markdown renders, prompt expansion controls work inside message bubbles, and runtime-default prompts stay in sync across panes.
• Verified human replies in threads can use admin routes again, and the admin's internal member override editor is back.
• For operators: chart pods can run as a configurable service account.
