Added

(Captive) The DOSBox-X CAPPO replay harness now sends authentic XT key
make and break scans for every navigation command, matching CAPPO's pressed
and released control state.

Changed

(Captive) Live navigation verification uses the original runtime input
path and no longer relies on a held-key approximation.
(Verification) The real-data-only replay gate now verifies the updated
input transport against the authentic CAPPO executable and VGA frames.
