Immutable release. Only release title and notes can be modified.

Clarifies three protocol boundaries in the English and Simplified Chinese templates:

  • Unattended tasks retain existing explicit user authorization within its original scope. Actions that still lack authorization remain declined.
  • Verifiably stale memory can be corrected against current artifacts; damaged data and unresolved internal contradictions remain protected pending confirmation.
  • Maintenance checks locate the latest maintenance record before evaluating triggers, avoiding false triggers caused by a truncated changelog tail.

The README memory example, stable-version links, and content locks are synchronized. Bilingual negative tests cover removal of the authorization boundary and expansion beyond the original scope.
