Local rendering (vhs on Windows, headless Chrome via go-rod) hung indefinitely with negligible CPU progress after 5+ minutes — not a timing issue, genuinely stuck. Rendering in CI instead via the official charmbracelet/vhs-action, where ttyd/ffmpeg/Chrome are known-good. On a separate branch, not main: this only exists to trigger the render via workflow_dispatch and download the resulting artifact.

Adds docs/demo.tape and .github/workflows/demo.yml (workflow_dispatch only, renders via charmbracelet/vhs-action in CI since local rendering hung on this machine). No functional code changes.
