Contribution guidance lives in CONTRIBUTING.md; keeping a parallel /docs/contribute section on the site duplicated it.
What
Deletes the contribute section (index + run-project, both locales) and its meta entries. Old URLs 301 to CONTRIBUTING.md on GitHub, and the welcome-to-v2 blog link now points there too.
