Phase 101 host-seam reduction release.

Changes:

  • Consumes latest Hermes native memory-write metadata seams instead of patching MemoryProvider/MemoryManager when upstream already supports them.
  • Skips Brainstack-specific background-review origin patch when upstream Hermes already exposes native background-review write-origin metadata.
  • Keeps only the narrow interrupted-turn transcript sync guard as the remaining latest-Hermes core host patch.
  • Adds installer regression tests for native-seam no-op behavior and legacy compatibility paths.

Verification:

  • pytest 90/90 passed
  • ruff passed
  • mypy passed
  • compileall passed
  • clean latest Hermes core dry-run passed with 1 justified host patch
  • release hygiene passed

Scope: this release focuses on tighter Hermes host-seam alignment, smaller default patch surface, and clearer compatibility boundaries.
