Brainstack v1.0.59

  • Restores active style/profile preference projection from explicit profile-lane records without turning Brainstack into a governor, scheduler, or hidden executor.
  • Keeps behavior projection read-only: no durable behavior-contract or compiled-policy rows are written by the fallback.
  • Adds donor-first Tier2/update proof coverage for the compact diagnostics correction path.
  • Removes obsolete GA hardening documents from the public repository.

Verification: memory kernel release checklist passed with release_allowed=true and failed_checks=[].
