What's Changed

There is a new flag in lrsql, LRSQL_AUTH_BY_CRED_ID, intended for when lrsql is running behind a proxy. If set to true, it will propagate to LRS-ADMIN-UI, and requests to /statements/ will have the primary key of the credentials (rather than the credentials themselves) added to the query parameters.
