Agent chat: model selection and session deletion

The chat can now be pointed at a different model, and conversations can be deleted.

  • The model is chosen per message and remembered per conversation, so switching sessions shows what each was answered with. Useful when one model is throttling, which is why it can be changed mid-conversation rather than only at the start.
  • Sessions can be deleted, which removes the conversation and its metadata together.

Requires yeti-agents at or after #10 for both endpoints, and a configured model list for the selector to appear at all — see GEMINI_MODELS in prod/.env.example (yeti-docker#52) or agents.geminiModels in the Helm chart.
