Fixes

• Fix ambiguous ExceptionResult<Exception> conversions, including await ThrowsAsync<Exception>(...). Specific and base exception assignments remain supported.
• Keep NUnit's appended Result: value to one short line. Structured result access and formatted failure diagnostics remain available.
