VinusCLI 2.3.0 — smarter skills, hardened core

Highlights

Skills that behave

• Curated 21-pack coding bundle (debugging, TDD, GitHub workflows, frontend design, reverse engineering…) — off-topic packs removed, every instruction adapted to the agent's real tools.
• Automatic skill routing: the relevant skill for your current request is suggested to the agent — no more guessing across a 40-item list.
• /skills install now downloads complete packs (scripts, references, templates), so skills that point to support files actually work.
• Skill auto-updates are announced at startup instead of happening silently.

Security hardening

• API keys are redacted from every output the model sees.
• Shell access to credential stores (~/.ssh, config dirs, .npmrc, …) is blocked — same policy as the file tools.

Stability & fixes

• /run and /shell no longer freeze the terminal (async execution — Ctrl+C always works).
• Project memory (VINUS.md) survives /clear and auto-compact.
• /model and /effort degrade gracefully outside an interactive terminal.

Quality

• First automated test suite covering the security guards, skill parsing/routing, and file detection.
