v0.7
Pre-releaseThis version of AutoLogout asks for the supervisor to set a password the first time it is launched. All restrictions are off by default until you configure them in the control panel.
The user is able to pause the session at any time using the pause button. If they do, the screen is blanked, and audio is muted until they resume the session.
If you click "Connect to your phone" in the control panel, the app will start syncing with a server whenever the computer is online. To disconnect from the server and delete your data, simply press "Sign out of all devices".
The phone app is currently only available for Android devices, and at the time of writing, is still in the pre-approval process for the Google Play Store.
To install, create a shortcut to AutoLogout.exe in the user profile startup folder (a shortcut here can be found in the Resources folder).
Changes:
- Used time is now used to calculate remaining time, so time can be given back if bedtime is changed.
- A QR Code is generated, which will either open the AutoLogout Manager app, or lead to a page with install links.
- A new official icon has been added to the taskbar and the windows.
- Buttons to control syncing are now no longer hidden by default.
