此版本修复打开 Markdown 文件后大纲面板不会默认展开的问题。现在打开包含 H1-H3 标题的文档时，大纲会自动显示；没有标题的文档仍保持隐藏；如果用户在当前文档中手动关闭大纲，后续编辑更新不会再次强制弹出。

This release fixes the outline panel not opening by default after a Markdown document is loaded. Documents with H1-H3 headings now show the outline automatically; documents without headings keep it hidden; and if the user closes the outline for the current document, normal editing updates do not force it open again.
