• Redesigned the collapsed sidebar behavior: collapsed mode now hides the sidebar completely, with a narrow left-edge hover preview and footer chevron pinning.
• Added Cmd+S as the macOS app shortcut for toggling the sidebar, including when terminal panes have focus.
