v0.3.1
Maintenance release: crew prompt-layer fixes and an internal persistence refactor.
Fixed
- Crew-level sequencing rules now actually reach agents (#247).
orchestrator_policyturned out to be dead config — it was never injected into any prompt, so instructions like "reviewer waits for the coder's handoff" silently did nothing. Crew prompt guidance is now consolidated into a single layer, Team conventions (system_prompt_addendum), which reaches the lead and every worker;orchestrator_policyis deprecated (still readable, no longer written). (#248) - Mission start/reset now validate the composed first-turn prompt against the 32 KB argv ceiling and fail with a clear, slot-named error instead of silently dropping the entire launch prompt when crew briefs/goals compose too large. (#248)
Internal
- The persistence layer moved to a
repo/module built on serde_rusqlite: derived row↔struct mapping replaces five hand-written mappers and scattered SQL, locked down by round-trip, legacy-format, and byte-stability unit tests. No schema change, no migration — existing databases are untouched. (#249)
