Runner v0.3.11

What's New

• Chat tabs now show a trailing spinner while any pane is working and an unread dot when a background tab settles.
• Completion attention persists across navigation and restarts, synchronizes across Runner windows, and rolls hidden activity up to collapsed folders and the CHAT section.

Improvements

• Direct-chat activity hydration now reflects live session state immediately without false busy indicators after reopening.
• Multi-pane viewed state, focus-return clearing, and start/resume feedback are more consistent.

Bug Fixes

• Corrected the multi-pane archive action label so it accurately describes archiving all chats.
