Bug Fixes

• Fixed stale or garbled terminal canvases when switching back to older chat tabs: hidden panes no longer hold WebGL contexts, so long chat-heavy sessions stay below WKWebView's context limit. Terminals also recover their GPU renderer after a genuine context loss instead of degrading permanently. (#300)
• Typing in an idle mission runner's terminal no longer flips the mission to "working" — local keystroke echo is now suppressed from mission status, matching chat behavior, while submitted prompts still light the spinner immediately. (#302)
