Improvements

• Slimmer sidebar right-click menu. The row context menu is now a fixed set — Pin, Rename, Open in New Window, Archive. The per-folder and per-project "Move to " rows are gone: folder moves live on drag and drop, and project membership is decided when a chat or mission is created, since a session's working directory is fixed at spawn. (#311)

Bug Fixes

• Returning to a chat no longer paints the terminal at half width. Chat and mission surfaces now stay mounted across route changes — visiting Runners, Crews, or a mission feed and coming back is an instant reveal of the live terminal instead of a cold remount that could mis-size the PTY and garble history. (#309)
• Multi-window behavior stays correct across navigation. A hidden (kept-alive) surface no longer erases the visible surface's window-ownership claim, captures mission warnings as chat banners, or leaves the mission feed unanchored after events arrive while away. (#309)
