Bug Fixes

• Resuming an old claude-code chat no longer shows a black terminal until you manually resize the window — a blank grid now forces a repaint nudge on activation (#312, #314)
• Opening Settings no longer leaves chat terminals rendered at the wrong size when you return (#314)
• Mission session respawns start at the pane's real size instead of the 80×24 default (#314)
• Stopped chats no longer carry a stale green unread dot across an app restart — unread completions from a prior run are cleared at launch
