What's New

• The sidebar is now one unified navigation tree (#318): MISSION and CHAT sections are merged, chats and missions nest under projects side by side, and manual ordering works everywhere — inside folders, inside projects, and in the recent list — with pinned rows sorting first. Backed by a new single nodes model with an automatic, order-preserving database migration.
• Drag and drop is unified across all sidebar rows: move tabs and missions between folders, projects, and the recent list with the same interaction; dragging across a project boundary rebinds project membership (#318)

Bug Fixes

• The PROJECT sidebar section no longer silently crops when projects outgrow its height cap — the whole nav column scrolls as a single surface (#315)
